Number 23
People associate a lot with individual numbers. Everyone has their own lucky number. But there are also iconic numbers in sport. The number 23: Michael Jordan, Chicago Bulls. David Beckham, Real Madrid. And then there is the Porsche 917 with chassis number 23, a racing car made for the toughest race in the world: the 24h of Le Mans. It was the first vehicle from Zuffenhausen, designed by the great Hans Mezger, to win the unique race in France. At the wheel of the car with a 4.5l flat-twelve engine: Hermann and Attwood.

Returns
